I would advise against ANY business owner using FedEx for their company's shipping provider. They are absolutely terrible.

Once again, I get a quote of $18 plus change on a 6" cubed box weighing less than a pound shipped FedEx Ground shipped to NY. When I got our invoice, they tried charging me $45.83. WHAT THE WHAT?!? This is the 3rd time the invoice has been far more than the shipping quotes they've given me when creating the shipping label. 🫤

When I called they said it was for a "Fuel Surcharge" and a "Residence Fee" because the shipping address was a PO Box and they don't deliver to them. You would they would've stopped me from creating the shipping label when I entered the address as a PO Box, right? Nope. I expressed my distaste for shady tactics like that and they submitted it for an adjustment to the originally quoted price only for it to be denied.

Because of that, I immediately closed my company's account with them and switched to USPS where my invoices ALWAYS match the shipping quote and are over 30% cheaper per shipment than shady FedEx. 😊
