Our office is looking for a part-time secretary to join our team. Applicants are encouraged to have previous experience and an enthusiastic demeanor. This position will involve communicating directly with our clients in several capacities. First, you will be answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate parties. You will also be asked to greet clients as they enter our business and check their repair items in. As our secretary, you will be asked to handle different clerical tasks; such as copying, printing, invoicing, emailing and managing office supplies.
Other tasks may include performing data entry, managing calendars, and more. You will need to have strong multitasking and communication skills. If your qualifications match what we’re looking for, we’d love to see your application.
