🎓 ATTENTION HIGHLANDS COUNTY SENIORS 🎓

Ag Angels is proud to award $50,000 in Trade School Scholarships this year—and Highlands County students are eligible to apply.

We are offering scholarships up to $5,000 to graduating seniors who plan to attend a 6–24 month trade or technical program. This scholarship is designed to help students gain real-world skills and move directly into the workforce.

Eligible students:
✔ Avon Park High School
✔ Sebring High School
✔ Lake Placid High School
✔ Highlands Career Institute (through home high school)

📅 Highlands County Application Deadline: March 13, 2026

This past Saturday we were honored to partner with Pastor Jessica DeAcre and her church Iglesia Casa de Fe’, Esperanza y Amor and her amazing group of volunteers to bring the joy of Christmas to the migrant community in Sun n’ Lake South in Lake Placid. We give a very special thanks to Turner Furniture Co., The Red Easel and Seacoast Bank for your amazing toys that you donated from your toy drives! In today’s world communities like this don’t like to venture far from home where they feel safe so we brought Christmas to them. We would like to also extend a heartfelt thanks to our good friend Frank Youngman for providing hot dogs, chips and drinks for all those who attended. For most of these children this will be the only Christmas that they will have. God Bless each and every one of you that made this possible! Merry Christmas!
