Sedona Residents First
Sedona Residents First
Slate for Change
Four neighbors. One vision. Residents first —
before tourists, before developers, before outside influence.
🚨 Another look at Sedona’s parking garage waste.
Jean Buillet stands at the new Uptown Parking Garage: Promised at $17.5 million — now ballooned to over $27 million with more than a dozen change orders.
Rich, Henry, and Jean have all called this out — because it’s a clear example of the wasteful spending we must stop.
Watch Jean’s full 20-second video 👇
The Sedona Residents First Slate is united: No more of this.
Early voting is open — vote the full slate on July 21! Henry Silbiger for Mayor, and Jean Buillet, Lita Boyd, and Rich Gay for City Council.
Comment “NO MORE WASTE” if you’re with us. Share widely!
🚨 Two pocket parks. Two very different stories.
We checked out Sedona’s Botanical Garden pocket park — overrun with weeds, dead and dying plants. Then we visited another that’s thriving and beautiful.
This is what happens when our City loses focus on maintaining what we already have.
We want to take care of our existing parks and create more beautiful pocket parks around town for our families to enjoy.

Sedona Residents First means getting back to basics.
Comment “POCKET PARKS” if you agree. Early voting is now!
🚨 $30 Million for THIS?
The new Uptown Parking Garage was supposed to cost $17.5 million. Now it’s nearly $30 million — with fewer parking spaces in Uptown, no more free parking, and more cars spilling onto our residential streets.
This is exactly why the Residents First slate is running.
Watch Rich Gay tell it straight in just 27 seconds 👇
Early voting is underway. If you want fiscal responsibility in Sedona, vote Henry Silbiger for Mayor, and Rich Gay, Lita Boyd, and Jean Buillet for City Council on July 21!
Drop a 🔥 if you’re done with wasteful spending. Share with your neighbors!
🚨 Update from the Residents First Slate 🚨
We heard the pushback on our budget videos… so we’re setting the record straight with even more facts.
The wasteful projects we called out had been sitting in City budgets for years labeled “Essential” or “Should Do” — with zero pushback from the current Council.
Jean and Rich break it down, share our full platform, and drop a special surprise appearance you won’t want to miss.
Watch all the way to the end for a few surprises 👀
This is what real accountability looks like.

🚨 Your tax dollars just took a hit, Sedona.
The judge has now issued the final Amended Form of Judgment in the City’s lawsuit against the Save Sedona Committee. The City’s attempt to block a citizen initiative from reaching the ballot has been completely rejected:
Plaintiffs’ request for declaratory and injunctive relief: DENIED
City’s Motion for Summary Judgment: DENIED
Save Sedona Committee’s Motion for Summary Judgment: GRANTED
The Initiative Petition is VALID and does not violate the Arizona Constitution.
The City must pay the Save Sedona Committee’s attorneys’ fees and costs: $33,872.50 + $320.69 = $34,193.19
That’s your money spent trying to stop Sedona residents from voting on preserving the Cultural Park.
The Sedona Residents First slate has a clear, unbreakable promise: We will never, never sue to stop residents from voting on an initiative or referendum. We trust YOU to decide Sedona’s future — not fight you in court with your own tax dollars.
Enough with the lawsuits against voters. Time for leadership that respects the ballot box.
What do you think, neighbors?

🚨 Big Win for Sedona Residents!
Jean Buillet and I called out the ridiculous $24.8 Million parking garage placeholder at the West Sedona Intercept Lot — and now it's GONE.
The Sedona Red Rock News just confirmed it: our campaign video prompted Deputy City Manager Barbara Whitehorn to admit the project was "unlikely in the next 10 years" and remove the massive placeholder from the budget.
We also flagged the overpriced Brewer Road courthouse purchase, which dropped by over $33 Million.
This is what happens when residents speak up and hold city hall accountable. Not because they suddenly decided to cut waste — but because WE made them.
