Hello everyone!!!

We are incredibly sorry for the late notice. We had to find a new home for our conditioning camp. Seffner Christian had some unfortunate events happen to their practice fields.

We were lucky enough to find Keith Waller Park.
This park gives us ample options for intense, fun training. We will have multiple fan bikes, sprint sleds, as well as a huge volleyball court, which we will utilize for training and beach soccer.

The park also has a shaded pavilion and lots of tree cover to get kids out of the sun during lunch time.

We are very excited. The kids that attended last year had wild success in their upcoming seasons. Many kids moved up teams and earned starting roles on MLS and DA teams.

With our focus on core muscle strengthening with explosive movements. We guarantee your child coming back a stronger, faster, more confident athlete.

And that is our goal.

$150 for the week
$40 a day option as well.

Condition camp will be Monday-Thursday
8:00-12:30
Kids can arrive an early as 7:30.

Good morning! We will be in the gym to start today for those attending training.

We will not be training on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I will advise about Thursday and Friday later in the week. Thank you
