Today we are happy to announce some new IDI products from CDD! We have completely new turbine housing castings for the factory turbo & ATS 093 IDI turbo kits, new oem hardware kits for these turbos, as well as new hardware kits for our 6.9/7.3 IDI oil pans. After Ford discontinued the Non Turbo and Factory Turbo CDR grommets in June, we immediately began working on designing a replacement option to offer for our customers, and today we are happy to announce that after a community led testing phase, our 3D printed grommets are now live on the website and in stock ready to ship. If you have a leaking CDR grommet and have not been able to find a solution for your 6.9/7.3 IDI, CDD is here to help you keep the old iron on the road!

Today we are proud to announce a new, and long requested product from Classic Diesel Designs, the very first DIY 6.9/7.3 IDI nozzle upgrade ever sold on the market. This nozzle is the exact same nozzle we use in our Stage One+ Premium injector rebuilds, without the expenses associated with rebuilding a full set of injectors.

Today is the day! Our single piece, all stainless, fully TIG welded, bellowed up pipes for the Factory Turbo IDIs are restocked NOW! Bare/non-coated up pipes will be shipping with no lead time, while coated units will see a slightly longer lead time from normal as up pipes used in our turbo kit piping will be taking the priority for coatings. Expect a 1-2 week lead time on coated units while we coat and ship turbo kits in the meantime. Thanks for supporting CDD and helping us keep the old iron on the road!
