✅ That’s a wrap! Another one in the books.
This property had a serious erosion problem. The slope was washing out so badly you could literally see underneath the concrete patio. An old shed had a washout ditch running beneath it, exposing the entire concrete footer.
Our solution:
✔️ Removed the old shed
✔️ Installed 200 feet of underground drainage
✔️ Brought in 75-80 cubic yards of fill and topsoil
✔️ Proper grading and contouring
✔️ Installed geocell for slope stabilization
✔️ Built multiple low-profile diversion berms to slow stormwater runoff
✔️ Seeded and installed erosion control netting
