Open Air

2025 was truly a banner year for team Open Air, and we’re not slowing down any time soon! We completed design development for our nature-based wedding venue and luxury cabins, built our road, installed all utility hookups, and prepped all of our construction documents for vertical construction to begin this winter. Not to mention our cofounder Paul got married 😍 Truly in awe of all our small team was able to accomplish and endlessly grateful for our incredible development partners who have helped us get here 🫶🏻

This past year was spent breaking ground and developing the site — building the road, setting up utilities — so that this next year we can actually bring our luxury event venue and cabins to life!!

From pitch decks to pavement — we’re building Open Air Smokies from the ground up 🏗️

It was such an amazing visit to our property under development in the Great Smoky Mountains - we hadn’t all been since January! It was SO exciting to see how much progress was made. Nearly all horizontal construction is complete — now time to get our luxury wedding venue and cabins built!!!

There’s a reason the Great Smoky Mountains are known for leaf peeping. The colors against the mountainous landscape are too breathtaking to describe!!! Just got back from a site visit and cannot wait to share more 🥰

Needless to say all of my days are scheduled down to the second.
