Shop-Along research - a qualitative method where trained researchers join consumers on their shopping journeys. They conduct in-depth interviews and observations right where the action happens. This allows you to capture in-the-moment feedback about motivations, preferences, and decisions that drive consumer behavior.

We’ve recruited and moderated at a number of different retail locations including grocery stores, sporting goods stores, greeting card stores and home improvement stores. Let us help you with your next shop-along study!
