Sometimes all you need is just a little bit more counter space in your kitchen and we can certainly help you with that. Island addition completed. Waiting for the new countertop to arrive👍🏻

Before and after of our 3 bed, 2 bath condo project. This property hasn’t been changed since 1994 and needed to be updated! All the materials were sourced and installed by us with the exception of countertop installation.

This project took us 4 weeks and the majority of the materials were in-stock.

The total budget for this was only twice the total budget of our average custom(!) bathroom remodel.

Of course each project is different, but we hope that with this post we were able to change your perception of what’s possible and what’s not possible to achieve on a limited budget.🙂
