No Excuse Workout! You may not have this beach view, but I know you can find 8 minutes!! Try this combo and see how many rounds you can do in 8 minutes no rest in between sets. (Not a runner? You can sprint on your bike or rower instead😉)

💥TRAINER TIP💥 The side lunge is an awesome way to fire up those glutes, hamstrings, quads and even inner thigh muscles. If you want an extra boost to this exercise add a weighted press out from the lunge position. It will not only work the chest and shoulders but force you to engage your core as you stabilize/balance. 👊🏼💪🏼
