Remove personal items and pictures that can identify your race. 2. Don’t be present or simply identify yourself as the manager/super…not the owner. 3. Have a list of comps readily available for the appraiser. 4. Demand a second appraisal if need be…even if you have to pay for it. 5. Make sure your property is in pristine condition so that they can’t call your GOOD property FAIR or your FAIR property POOR.
