An unexpected pregnancy can be a terrifying thing, especially when mother and child are left without love, support, money, proper insurance, or any other number of things needed to be successful. Abortion offers an easy out with a side of apathy from those involved. The ProLife movement calls for something more. It calls for us to be better. To support that mother in need through donations of time and money to places like charities or pregnancy resource centers that can help her to carry, deliver, and keep her baby or give that child up for adoption. The ProLife movement calls for love and dignity for every person involved - mother, child, doctor, family - and calls for every person to act with love and dignity. This is the change we fight for - that every human be treated with love. That each mother may be given true help in the face of fear, not given an out that kills her child and leaves her at high risk for mental health and future fertility issues. This is what it is to be ProLife. Unplanned pregnancy can be a terrifying thing. We fight so that it doesn’t have to be.
