Enjoy Pure Food + Drink! We are thrilled to announce the completion of another restaurant in collaboration with Hawthorn Projects. Our team had the pleasure of executing the concrete scope of work, and we are excited to see it now open at Lenexa City Center.

What a perfect day for some balconies. Always a pleasure working With CPI, PCI and General Contractor, Neighbors Construction, at Village West 3 in Kansas City, KS. Balconies Total approximately 23,500 SF and 323 units.

We had the great pleasure in working with the Jaco General Contractor Team on the Puttery Kansas City, MO Project.

The project consisted of many logistical challenges being located underground at the Plaza. However, the team persevered with limited access and 250LF of line pump to completed our scope on schedule.

Scope included demolition , CIP stairs and over 5,000 SF of SOG.
