Holistic Pelvic Therapy & Women’s Health Center in Sheboygan

Do you remember your 5th grade reproductive health class, where they spent an awkward hour talking about periods and STIs but nothing about the actual menstrual cycle, hormones, and women’s overall health and wellness ? This has left many women confused, uneducated and even ashamed of their bodies. One of my goals is to change the next generation of women’s health education starting with the current generationS. I want them to become informed, empowered and encouraged to begin discussions and take control of their health and offer better support and guidance to our youth. It only seemed fitting that I offer a 60 minute lecture at Generations In Plymouth. An opportunity to revisit and revamp our 5th grade health ed to all generations. I will go through reproductive health of the various life cycles. Symptoms and experiences that may develop and how to navigate. Health and wellness- including fitness and nutrition AND sexual health. This is a great opportunity to bring your older teen/young adult for education/ information on anatomy, physiology and understanding her body during different phases of life as well as important sexual health information including safety, relationships and making informed decisions on contraceptive methods. This is an informative lecture - no bias or politics- strictly education and an opportunity for you to take part of the discussion.
