This email is an update to the CrowdStrike global system outage that continues to impact our inspection program. All MA Vehicle Check inspection workstations will be offline on Monday, July 22, 2024, with the exception of motorcycle stations. Motorcycle stations can resume inspections.

When you have a moment, please review the status of your workstation monitor.

· If the workstation is displaying the Inspection software, there is nothing you need to do at this time.

· If your monitor is displaying the blue screen stating “Your PC ran into a problem and needs to be restarted … “, someone from the Vehicle Check Program will contact you on Monday.



We will provide periodic updates as necessary.
