Meet Mia! Mia is the co-owner of Fallston Lavender Co. and a young flower farmer. You'll find her out at the farm all season planting, weeding, tractoring, and being all "farmery".

Opening day is May 18th for self-serve with free yoga starting Sunday May 26th.

●Every other Sunday @ 10am
●Every other Wednesday @ 6:30pm

Open to all experience levels from beginners and up! Each class will be a mix of traditional flow, flexibility, mobility, and balance.

Reminder that these classes are outside so dress appropriately and bring sunscreen + plenty of fluids.
