We are looking to hire a foreman with experience in grading and site utilities. This will be a full time position for someone who is skilled, takes pride in their work and leads a safe work environment.

We are based out of Shelby and do most of our work within an hour, with no out of town work. We offer competitive pay, PTO and paid holidays.

Responsibilities include:
* Supervising and coordinating crew and operation on site
* Ensuring that projects stay on schedule and are meeting deadlines
* Make safety a priority
* Have effective communication with crew and company

Requirements include:
* Having knowledge in reading and interpreting job plans
* Prior experience as a foreman in the industry
* Valid drivers license
* Reliable, organized and team focused
