It’s time Lab fam!!! OUR 2025 CHRISTMAS LIFT PARTY!!
December 13th, 10am-1pm (wear your Christmas clothes!!)

•$20 gets you into all our competition categories & to be put into our raffles for some goodies!! ALL proceeds will be matched by the gym and donated to Bethel Colony of Mercy, a christian based addiction treatment center.

•winners of each category will receive 1 month free membership.

•come lift, donate some of your extra cash & come hungry! We are roasting a pig to feed yall!!

•Competition categories are going to include squat bench deadlift push ups pull ups EZ curl bar & more..
