Help Wanted: Office Personnel
Are you tech-savvy and looking for an exciting opportunity in the alarm security industry? We are a leading alarm security company seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Job scheduling/ filling schedule gaps
Inventory/parts
Customer service
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner. This includes both Client and Team member calls.
Maintain detailed documentation, this includes but is not limited to updating ticket status, logging calls, logging emails, description of work performed, and updating special instructions.
General office, including filing, and organization.
Depositing of money and posting of accounts receivable
Collection calls
Logistical and organized
Update customer accounts
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
General office experience, organization, and phone skills are a must.
Experience with Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable preferred.
Ability to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of computer systems and technical skills.
Ability to learn new software's.
Detail oriented
