Thank you to everyone who braved the wind and joined us to celebrate Karen Kelly's retirement.

Karen has been a leader at Arete for 10 years, spearheading dozens of projects and building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and communities along the way. Her dedication, creativity, and leadership have shaped countless buildings across Wyoming, leaving a legacy that will be felt for years to come.

While we are certainly sad to see Karen step into retirement, we are thrilled for her next chapter—traveling with her husband, Rob, and spending more time with her children and grandchild. Please join us in congratulating Karen on this well-deserved milestone.

Arete Design Group helped deliver a design/build project for Laramie County Fire District No. 1 - Station No. 3 that combines practical needs with thoughtful design.
The 10,900-square-foot facility features operational spaces, training areas, and living quarters—all within a structure that brings depth and character to a traditional metal building design.
