Atlantis Tech is looking for a confident and customer-focused Inbound Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our growing US Telecom Campaign.

If you have experience in customer support, telesales, or call center operations or you're a strong communicator eager to build your career, we'd love to hear from you.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➔ Handle inbound customer calls professionally
➔ Assist customers with internet and cable service activations
➔ Explain service plans, pricing, and promotional offers
➔ Resolve customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
➔ Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
➔ Meet individual performance and quality targets

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

➔ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
➔ Strong customer service and sales abilities
➔ Basic computer proficiency
➔ Ability to work the US Night Shift

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

➔ 6 months–2 years of experience in Inbound Sales, Customer Support, Telecom, or a Call Center is preferred
➔ Candidates with experience in Outbound Sales, Telesales, Appointment Setting, or Cold Calling are highly encouraged to apply
➔ Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply
