Licensed high complexity laboratory offering COVID-19 PCR testing to the public.
The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency declaration ends May 11th, 2023. That means insurance companies will no longer be required to waive costs or provide free COVID-19 tests.
ALS will continue to provide COVID-19 testing for our community through our drive-through, however we will not be able to accept insurance. As of May 12th, 2023 we are only accepting cash and card payments.

We will be open for testing today from 9:30am-4:00pm. Regular hours should resume tomorrow.

Winter Storm Hours
We are closing today 2/23/22 at 2:00pm.
We will be open tomorrow 2/24/22 from 8:30am-1pm.
As of now our hours for Friday 2/25/22 will remain within normal hours of 8:30-4:30pm.
Saturday 2/26/22 normal hours of 9:00am-1:00pm.
