Sherman Fire Protection District

Yesterday evening our firefighters were happy to join the Sherman Police Department and the Sherman Elementary School at the Bicycle Safety Rodeo. We had a great time, the weather was perfect and there was an awesome turn out!

In April your volunteers came to the firehouse more than 1 time a day to respond to an emergency. Keep in mind, the station is not staffed by full-time firefighters.

Your volunteers had a slightly less busy month in March. Still, more than 1 time a day they stopped what they were doing to respond to another person's emergency.

Your volunteers responded to an average of 2 calls a day in February. Responding to help another means sacrificing personal time.
