MBA is looking for a Compliance Data Manager to assist their department with analyzing data collected from quality assurance and compliance. Also, to create and monitor new reports and other related assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyze, and store data from a variety of sources across the organization in a structured, secure, and efficient manner.
• Report all issues and trends to the appropriate personnel.
• Create and maintain reports, chart, or graphs needed to store data.
• Design and develop trend reports
• Review attorney correspondence daily
• Update compliance reports
• Investigate complaints

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent analytical skills. Has the ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions based on complex data.
• Detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Preferably fluent in both English and Spanish but not a requirement.
