It was a pleasure hosting Hopi Law Enforcement Services and leadership from the Hopi Tribe in Holbrook.

I’d like to personally congratulate Chairman Lamar Keevama on his recent election and Chief Jesse Crabtree on his new appointment. We had a productive discussion regarding the specific issues and concerns facing the Tribe, and I’m looking forward to finding new ways for the Sheriff's Office to collaborate with you both. Thank you for your commitment to our shared goal of public safety!

A big thank you to Mrs. Ward’s 1st grade class at Taylor Elementary for welcoming Deputy Jackson to read Green Eggs and Ham in celebration of Read Across America Week! 📚💚 We love seeing our community come together to inspire a love of reading in our young learners!

I want to highlight the outstanding work by our NCSO Deputies and our partners at Homeland Security and the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office.
The apprehension of eight suspects in the Joseph City train burglary is a prime example of why we constantly advocate for the funding our agencies need. High-stakes, self-initiated operations like this require the right resources and strong coordination to get results.
I’m proud of our team’s dedication to protecting our community and holding these individuals accountable. Great work by everyone involved.

I might be a little partial to this class! Angela and I had a blast reading for Dr. Seuss week. It was so fun to visit Riggs’ kindergarten class—he’s an awesome student! Thanks to Mrs. Junk for the invite.
