Dry, cracking heels often comes with rheumatoid arthritis. It also comes with blood sugar issues or other autoimmune diseases and can even be just wearing the wrong sandals too often and stepping incorrectly. If you need a good foot mechanic, my little girl was pretty precise with the Dremel on my heels and she was pretty cute too.
