• BODKIN VICTOR’S SPOILS SAUVIGNON BLANC
Chris’ signature still Sauvignon Blanc; to the Victor goes the Spoils!
Aromas of lemon, pear, guava and jasmine explode from the glass. Subtle hints of gooseberry and herbs add to the complexity of aromas. This Sauvignon Blanc is like taking a refreshing sip out of a crisp lemonade, accented by sweet apricot and green apples dancing on the tongue. The textured finish is refreshing with a lovely note of lemon curd.
• BODKIN BUBBLY BLANC in a CAN
Do what you can or “can” what you do? ...so Chris did both...He has worked with 7 other wine bands on their premium canned wine projects over the past 8 years and is excited to bring back cans of his own for the first time since 2021.
The Bubbly Blanc is a 70/30 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Canelli, that is every bit as florally-delicious and refreshing as it sounds.
250ml of delight! 11.0% abv
•• We also have Bodkin ‘Agincourt’ Bubbly Sauvignon Blanc and Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc available.

Mare Nectaris (Latin for “Sea of Nectar”) is a lunar mare / sea on the moon near the Sea of Tranquility. Thousands of years ago wine was referred to as ‘the nectar of the gods’ and it was believed that the finest wines were worthy of being served to deities. This Reserve blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc is elegantly layered with notes of rich red fruits, minerals and herbs, and is worthy of being served to your most beloved and honored guests.

✨ There is something mystical about a wine that captures your undivided attention. The wine that stops you mid-conversation so you can slide back to your glass and catch another sip…that draw, that pull, to come back for one more sip, for one more moment ✨

• Which wine is a palindrome, includes high levels of antioxidants within its thick skins and is also known as “Harriague”?
VINA PROGRESO 2022 REVOLUTION TANNAT
These grapes come from small plots located within the limits of the Progreso Village Region in the Canelones region of Uruguay which is 15 miles (25km) from the coast. The vines range from 10 to 20 years old and their soil type is clay calcareous with rather high PH levels.
VINA PROGRESO 2022 OVERGROUND TANNAT
This wine is called “overground” as its character is more refined and elegant. Overground expresses intense and complex flavors which are the result of the slow ripening season, typical of the cool temperate climate of the southern region of the Uruguayan coast. These grapes come from vineyards located within the Progreso Village District but these vineyards are more high-density plantings with low yields. The age of these vines range from 10 to 30 years old with an elevation of approximately 330 feet (100 meters) above sea level. In Uruguay elevation is not as important for grape growing, the most important aspect is how close to the sea the vineyards are located and these vineyards are within 20 miles of the ocean. The soil type is clay calcareous with rather high PH. With these grape selections the winemaker, Gabriel, obtains high concentration of tannins with delicate flavors and aromas.
• Take these Tannats to the Table: A very faithful ally of the “Carne Asado” (roasted beef cooked on an open fire of wild woods), these Tannats also pair well with oven roasted lamb, pork, and beef and game meats; wild boar and deer. They will also shine alongside hearty casseroles, bean stews, cured ham, sausage and sharp cheeses like Parmigiano.
