Meet Sarah! Our July Employee Spotlight!
This month, we're excited to recognize Sarah, one of our dedicated Outpatient Therapists at our Cape May Courthouse office, who joined the Beautiful Minds family in November. Sarah brings compassion, humility, and unwavering respect for every individual she serves, creating a welcoming and supportive space for her clients.
Her coworkers describe her as honest, kind, reliable, and always willing to help, sharing that she "does everything she can to be the best therapist she can be for her clients." Outside of work, Sarah enjoys writing as a form of therapy, dreams of visiting Spain, and never says no to a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and an extra shot of espresso.
She also has a unique outlook on life, imagining it as a musical! Sarah says what she enjoys most about Beautiful Minds is the positive atmosphere, and we're grateful for the kindness, dedication, and heart she brings to our team every day.

Halfway through the year is the perfect time for a mental check-in, Especially for parents who spend majority of their time caring for everyone else.
Instead of asking yourself:
“Am I doing enough?”
Try asking:
“Am I taking care of myself?”
Parenting can be overwhelming, and you don’t have to carry everything alone. Give yourself permission to pause, rest, and breathe.
Stop Being so hard on yourself. Small pauses can make a big difference.
