Day 1 of 365! Happy 2022! 🥂

What would your life look like if you told yourself every morning, afternoon, and night what you had already accomplished? Your dreams are fulfilled! How would you feel hearing those words? How would your energy levels change? How would you act or carry yourself?

If you’ve not mapped out your 2022 dreams and goals yet, today is a great day to do so! Like right now….

What will define your 2022? What experiences will you have? How will you intentionally grow and evolve?

This year it is my deepest goal and mission to guide you and millions of other women through The Metamorphosis Retreats on the path to re connect with yourself, learn to trust yourself, and fall in love with yourself! Stepping out of your comfort zone - being nervous or worried and doing it anyway.

How do we do this? We do it together, with other amazing authentic women, of course! By stepping into the fear of the unknown, by stepping into the super power of being vulnerable, by surrounding ourselves with people who inspire and uplift us, by falling in love with ourselves over and over no matter how many times we fall from grace, by going after the dreams and goals we think are too big, and by being ok with asking for help!

Here are a few questions to ask yourself in order to gain momentum for the start of the new year!! Don’t wait until January! Today is the day!

What does my first quarter of 2022 look like? Second quarter?
What do I want to accomplish in 2022?
What is the one dream I am going to make come true this year?

Start now and dream BIG!
Writing it all down creates action behind a dream, making it a goal
Release the fear - see failure as an opportunity
Create a time frame which creates leverage
Hire a coach who can get you out of your comfort zone. Comfort zone is a one way ticket to lack of growth.

Think about that last one. Some of your greatest achievements came from when there was a level of pain or discomfort attached to it. A speech given. A partnership or marriage. A divorce or separation. A solo trip you took. Having a child. Investing. Changing your path in some way. Coming out. Going in. Diving deep at a conference or retreat. Talk therapy. Instead of waiting for something to happen, create it. Put yourself in the uncomfortable situation and surrender to it and watch the magic happen 💫 it may not be easy, but it will be worth it!
