When you lose a person you love dearly one is confronted with a full spectrum of strong and often conflicting emotions that accompany loss.

these feelings are normal and human. It is alright to be human. And Christians are not exempt from feeling these emotions. It is normal to feel those feelings and to deal with them not in a guilt driven manner but in a healing way, understanding that they are a result of our deep love for the person who died.

Let me know what feelings of loss were the toughest for you. You are not alone in this!
