Hello fellow whimsical toads, moss goblins, vampire snails, & bog witches. I hope you have not fallen too deep into the marshy depths of despair. If you have, take heart. Here's a list of activities straight from the bog:

•participate in local mutual aid!!!
▪︎howl at representatives weekly (or daily, if you have the howls in you!)
▪︎share soup & company with neighbors & comrades
▪︎tend to the nonhuman creatures in your vicinity (feed the birds! Plant for the bees!)
▪︎imagine a new world & get moving
▪︎don’t forget to cackle wildly! (cackling is cathartic)
▪︎bog naps as needed
▪︎art always

And remember, when it all gets to be too much, you can scream into the (metaphorical or literal) bog and alchemize your rage into action. There is always something you can do. Change is always possible. Don’t forget!
