If you know me, you know I love using lacrosse balls as a tool for muscle release ๐Ÿคฉ

There are multiple tools you can use and, depending on multiple personal factors, I may recommend others. BUT if youโ€™re not injured, Iโ€™m definitely recommending LACROSSE BALLS!

2๏ธโƒฃ They can target tight spots in muscles very well
3๏ธโƒฃ YOU can use them on 90% of your body! Maybe more!!

Excited to announce our first PUBLIC S*M workshop of 2026 ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ

Huge shoutout to for hosting us in their gym, so that we can loosen up our bodies before the cookouts start ๐Ÿ˜‹

For those that donโ€™t know, Iโ€™m a physical therapist, mobility trainer, and work-life balance coach. I passionately lead a variety of stretch & mobility workshops and customize them to the needs of the community.

Since weโ€™ll be in a Muay Thai gym, weโ€™ll be focusing on the lower body, neck, and shoulders for this workshop.
