Huge shoutout to for hosting us in their gym, so that we can loosen up our bodies before the cookouts start ๐
For those that donโt know, Iโm a physical therapist, mobility trainer, and work-life balance coach. I passionately lead a variety of stretch & mobility workshops and customize them to the needs of the community.
Since weโll be in a Muay Thai gym, weโll be focusing on the lower body, neck, and shoulders for this workshop.
