Remember when our parents used to say “Don’t hang around the wrong crowd.” …? Yeah. That part. • I think in adulthood we feel like we’ve overcome peer pressure, so what does it matter what my friends are choosing to do? But the people we surround ourselves with have a huge impact on us, whether or not we consciously choose to allow it. • What you think, what you say… it’s what will be. And it’s easy to think you’ll never reach your body goals, never be successful, never be truly happy if you’re around lazy, stagnant, miserable people. And if you think your thoughts don’t impact your reality you’re crazy. • My goal for the rest of the year is to strictly surround myself with people who feed my mind, body and soul. And are fed the same way by me!
