I'm joining the Q***r Mental Health Initiative in offering free mental health resources to the q***r community this year. On July 21 I'm hosting "Trusting our q***r bodies: Exploring safety somatically" online from 7-8pm EDT.

Having a body is complicated. Trauma, dysphoria, and societal pressures can make having a body even more complicated for q***r folks. Let’s talk about building a trusting relationship with our bodies, expanding our ability to feel safe and at home in our bodies. Come join this virtual discussion and resource building opportunity!
