Today I lived the Legacy mission.

My niece graduated from high school, and while their policies did not allow cultural accessories to be worn across the stage, the moment she stepped off, my girl wore her culture with full pride.

This is not about a piece of jewelry or a statement. It is about passing down our traditions, our culture, and reminding ourselves that we stand as one but we come as thousands.

To the Class of 2026, we are so proud of you. Continue to shine. Continue to dream bigger. Continue to go after those dreams unapologetically, knowing that you come from an ancestry of greatness.
