So very happy! Last week I dropped the couch on my foot. Yes the pain was worse than the three home births I had! I went to the ER, it wasn’t broken... but a huge bruise was developing under my big toe nail. So I got home, had some herbs, and did some acupuncture on myself and guess what?! I was off the crutches the very next day!
