Limitless describes Kimberly Marcus to a tee.
As Vice President of Access, Impact & Inclusion at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Kimberly leads with intention—embedding inclusion across teams, platforms, people, and community. From the Washington Wizards to Capital One Arena, she ensures belonging is not an initiative, but a standard.
In her role as Chair of the CRMSDC Board of Directors, Kimberly brings that same clarity, strategy, and forward momentum to advancing supplier diversity and strengthening opportunities for minority-owned businesses. Her leadership is rooted in vision, backed by data, and guided by a genuine commitment to building consensus and driving meaningful change.
Kimberly is a true force, driven, insightful, and someone who gets. things. done. A visionary who not only sees what’s possible but actively builds the path forward.

Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, Sr. devoted his life to advancing justice, equality, and human dignity. From marching alongside the architects of the Civil Rights Movement to launching historic presidential campaigns that expanded political participation, he mobilized millions and amplified the voices too often ignored. Through Operation PUSH and decades of grassroots organizing, he challenged systems of inequality and inspired generations to believe that change was not only possible, but necessary.
A servant leader to the oppressed, the overlooked, and the unheard, he carried hope into communities across America and around the world. His moral courage, unwavering faith, and relentless advocacy transformed pain into purpose and protest into progress.
His life challenges us to keep hope alive and continue his legacy as a Champion of the People.
