Howard Foundation, Jo spent nearly 20 years transforming THF into the industry’s premier talent pipeline, launching thousands of careers and reshaping what media and entertainment look like today. This year, we’re proud to honor her with the Legacy Award at our 2026 Annual Awards Dinner.
