Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangements(QSEHRA).
QSEHRA is a method that small employers who do not provide Group Health Insurance can use to pay for medical expenses or health insurance premiums for employees or employees' families. A small employer is an employee with 50 or fewer employees. This plan should be provided to all employees on the same terms. However, you may not include exceptions to part-time employees or non-resident foreign employees whose service period is less than 90 days. In addition, the amount must not exceed $ 4,950.00 per year for an employee ($ 10,000.00 for a family member). Employees are not eligible to receive subsidies from the government to receive health insurance premiums from their employers, but they should notify the Marketplace.
