As the school year came to a close, our Garden Club students spent time in the garden with Beth K., preparing for future growth and learning.
Students carefully planted, watered, and cared for a variety of fruits, vegetables, and flowers that will continue to grow throughout the coming months and will be available for purchase at next year’s Fall Festival.
Through hands on gardening experiences, students learned about the life cycle of plants, what plants need to thrive, and the important role sunlight, water, soil, and care play in healthy growth. They explored where food comes from, developed an appreciation for nature, and discovered how patience and responsibility help transform tiny seeds into thriving plants.
Garden Club provided meaningful opportunities for students to use capable hands as they planted and tended the garden while strengthening critical minds through observation, inquiry, and discovery. By nurturing living things and witnessing growth firsthand, students gained valuable lessons that will continue to blossom long after the school year has ended. 🌱🌻🍅🌼

What better way to enjoy a warm day than with water play and frozen apple juice popsicles alongside our Head of School, Ben?
The children at Stepping Stones spent the day exploring, discovering, and creating through hands on water experiences. As they engaged with Ben during water play, they experimented with how their hands and feet move water, explored buckets, water tables, tanks, and splash pads, and delighted in the opportunity to splash Ben along the way.
These joyful moments supported curiosity, problem solving, and sensory exploration while encouraging social interaction and active learning. Through play, our students continued to develop critical minds and capable hands, discovering how water moves, pours, splashes, and flows while building confidence, creativity, and connections with their school community. 💦🍎☀️

One chapter closes and another begins. 🎉🎓
Congratulations to our 8th graders on their graduation. Last week they celebrated this important milestone, and now they are officially on their way to 9th grade.
We are proud of all they have accomplished and look forward to seeing all they achieve in high school and beyond.
