📷 I have 20+ years of real estate experience predominately in Montgomery County, MD with the background and knowledge to talk with you about all the intricacies of the real estate process. I am the complete agent because I am a real estate professional with experience that transcends the standards it takes to be a Realtor.

My initial foray into the workforce gave me a background in credit approvals. As I grew in experience and focused on licensing and certifications, I also obtained my Maryland notary commission in 2006. I have been employed at and gone through mergers of, a few mortgage companies. I had various roles at a few mortgage companies but soon discovered that operations are where I shine. Since processes are my forte, in 2007 I moved into title, and currently, I am the manager at Michaels Title & Escrow, LLC.

As I strive to be the best asset to my clients, I decided that I could be of greater value if I was a real estate agent so I added Realtor to my repertoire in 2014. In 2018 Michaels Title & Escrow, LLC and The Law Offices of Jill Pogach Michaels expanded to include Jill P Michaels, Real Estate Brokerage, as the manager of the title company it is logical that I should have my Realtor licence also affiliated with Michaels.

As a Realtor, I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and renters. Furthermore, I have done so on multiple levels for many years. I will go over the process with you from start to finish if you should decide that you are interested in working with us to buy or sell your home or commercial property.
