This month, my personal goal is to practice gratitude 🙏🏻
It’s so easy to get caught up focusing on what’s wrong whether it’s our jobs, our bodies, our relationships, or the things we don’t have yet; that we forget to appreciate what’s right in front of us.

I don’t want to look back one day and realize I missed precious moments with the people I love because I was too stressed, too distracted, or too worried about the “what ifs.”

So this month, I’m slowing down, noticing the little things, and reminding myself that gratitude turns ordinary days into blessings 🤍

Today we celebrate Pauline’s graduation from NutriSmart! 👩‍🎓
