AOB is looking for high school students this summer to work on public art commissions that will be displayed in Montgomery County.
Who should apply:
🎨Students who are serious about art and want real-world experience
📅Students who can commit to the full 5 weeks
🧑🤝🧑Interested in community-engaged creative work
↗️Want to build their portfolios with commissioned projects
Details
☀️5-week paid summer program (June 29 - August 1)
🚎Work on real public art commissions, including MCDOT Flash Line bus stops
💲$15.50/hour for Juniors/Seniors (if qualified) or SSL hours for Freshmen/Sophomores
🤝Professional mentorship and portfolio development
