It is said that Jesus spent more time healing than preaching, and He is our example. That’s why, as we share the Gospel message through the airwaves and social media—supplying spiritual food to millions of people in some of the hardest-to-reach areas of the world—we don’t want to forget to also alleviate their physical needs.
From the semi-truck in Ukraine that is meeting both health-related and spiritual needs, to mega clinics providing free healthcare, attendees feel the love of God through the care of medical professionals and other volunteers. In fact, during the 2024 AWR360° Health Mega Clinic in Papua New Guinea, medical professionals saw 16,200 patients and performed a total of 26,000 services, including 6,800 eye screenings, 1,500 pairs of glasses, 3,300 dental services and 3,000 cataract surgeries.
