Tired of endless crunches with no results? Say goodbye to boring ab workouts and hello to these expert-approved exercises that will sculpt your abs like never before! 💪🏼

1️⃣ Plank Holds: Strengthen your core by holding a plank position for 30 seconds.

2️⃣ Bicycle Crunches: Get your heart pumping and target your abs by twisting your torso while pedaling your legs in the air.

3️⃣ Russian Twists: Sit on the ground and feel the burn as you twist your torso from side to side while holding a weight.
