Weekends just got a little sweeter.

Starting this weekend, we’ll be featuring Swedish buns from Midsommar Bakery at Johnny Coffee in Olympia.

We’ve been fans of what the Midsommar team have been building for some time. They’ve earned a loyal following at the Proctor Farmers Market with beautiful pastries and seasonal flavors, and we’re excited to share them with our guests.

The assortment will change throughout the season, but if you ask us, it’s hard to beat the classic cardamom bun. Warm spice, delicate sweetness, and the kind of pastry that was made for a good cup of coffee.

Our café in Olympia is small, but we still wanted to make room for you to slow down a little. To take a break in the middle of your day. To meet a friend. To sit with a cup and your thoughts for a minute.
