Humble beginnings. Big purpose.

What started as a garage gym, with a few bars, a big dream, and a whole lot of heart, has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined.

Today, we celebrate 4 years of CrossFit affiliation and 3 years of opening our doors to what has become the 118 CrossFit family.

This gym was built on a deep love for CrossFit, a belief in consistency over perfection, and the conviction that every person deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident in their own skin. More than reps and weights, this space exists to help people discover the best version of themselves, physically, mentally, and beyond the gym walls.

Every single person who has walked through these doors, whether you’re still sweating beside us or you’ve moved on to a new chapter, has helped shape what 118 CrossFit is today. You matter. You always have. And you will always have a place here.

This isn’t just a gym.
It’s where friendships are formed, confidence is rebuilt, limits are challenged, and support is unconditional.
