Announcement regarding PSA’s temporary shutdown of Value Grading tiers:

PSA has announced that they are temporarily suspending the Value submission levels until they can catch up on the backlog. This shutdown includes Value Bulk, Value, Value Plus, and Value Max. Any cards we have already received will still be submitted like normal.

Saturday May 30th will be the last day we accept Bulk, Value, Value Plus, or Value Max submissions in store. Packages en route to us that are received by Monday, June 1st will make the cutoff for Value tiers. Any packages received Tuesday June 2nd or later, we will not be able to submit for Value tiers. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes. We made this announcement as fast as we physically could.

Starting Tuesday, June 2nd we will only be able to take cards on the Regular ($80) level and higher. The estimated turnaround time for Regular has been extended to 40-50 business days, and 50-60 business days for Dual Service.

Their target is to bring the current backlog of 10 million cards down to 5 million cards, which they anticipate will take four months. We will keep you all updated as time goes on.
