Go Creative Wireless

At Go Creative Wireless we invest in our Installation Technicians. We provide classroom and on-the-job training. We also provide required equipment, tools and uniforms. We are looking for both entry level and experienced technicians. Our Installation Technicians are responsible for multiple customer visits daily which could include completing site surveys, installing broadband microwave equipment, ensuring quality broadband internet connection and educating our customers on their reliable high speed internet services. We are looking for talented and hardworking individuals who are looking to start their career with a fast-paced company. Our ideal employee will be a self-starter with strong organizational and time management qualities.

Primary Responsibilities:
Equipment installation/removal –microwave antennas and other equipment.
Inventory - maintain accurate inventory and equipment for installations, service calls or trouble tickets.
Conduct site survey - determine the best positioning of our equipment for strongest signal reception.
Customer education - review order with the customer and teach them the basics to use and enjoy their new service and equipment.
Client Validation - ensure the completed order meets the customer's needs.



Skills/Experience/Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills desirable.
Basic computer skills; Basic electronic skills.
Proficiency with smart phone and/or tablets
Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
Communicate effectively with customers and employees
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.
High school diploma or GED required.
College or accredited technical/vocational school or military service desirable.

Experience Required:
Demonstrated working (installation and/or service) knowledge in either: cabling; satellite; voice and data wiring; home theater installation; or wired/wireless networks.
Read and interpret documents such as electronic work orders and procedure manuals Fill out forms and complete electronic work orders
Passion for technology and proven ability to learn quickly
Ability to think logically and problem-solve
Complete basic mathematical calculations
Understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form Repeatedly lift and carry equipment and tools (up to 45lbs)
Proficiency with power hand tools
Operate tools effectively, including but not limited to, drills, hammers, pliers, crimpers, wire st*****rs, screwdrivers, and wrenches

Position Requirements:
All candidates most have a valid California driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
All candidates must be able to successfully pass an extensive pre-employment background investigation, DMV check and Drug test.
